Just a few words to say thank you so much for getting us through a very tough time.  As our case was more complicated, it seemed like we would never get through it.  But you pushed forward through every difficult step of the way, always finding a solution or alternative.  We couldn’t have done any of it without you.  

I particularly appreciate the motivation and personal support you gave us when things got tough.  It was like having an old friend encouraging us all the way.  It was so good knowing you were there day or night to help.  It was the difference between giving up and sticking with it.
